We have a 12-months warranty period for registered members from the date of receiving your item.

Warranty is not granted in the following cases, but repairs can be implemented for a fee

  1. Damage caused by human factors, including damage caused by use under abnormal working conditions and use that does not follow the instructions.
  2. Users disassemble and refit by themselves.
  3. Damage caused by force majeure (such as flood, fire, earthquake, lightning, etc.).
